Frank Horvat

When we went to the library in class the other day I was looking at a book of Frank Horvat's photography. Later I went and looked him up online and found he had his own website. He even had his email under the contact section of the site, so I emailed him to let him know that I liked his work and to ask if he had any advice on photography as a career. He didn't really say much, but here's his reply to the email I'd sent him:
Thank you for your kind comments.

All I can say is that photography can be more interesting than ever, but that with the digital techniques all the rules have changed. Most people – and especially those who teach photography – have a hard time figuring out the new ones. You will have to trust your own judgement and to find your way.
